Information Collection
Pitch Pipe by Peter Hollens does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. The app runs on your device. It does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking, or telemetry.
Audio
Pitch Pipe by Peter Hollens plays pre-recorded vocal samples stored locally on your device. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted by the app.
In-App Purchases
Pitch Pipe by Peter Hollens offers an optional one-time Deluxe purchase. Apple processes purchases on iOS; Google Play processes purchases on Android. Payments and purchase records are managed by the store and the account you use there. We do not receive or store your payment card details. The app checks your purchase status with the store to unlock or restore Deluxe.
Children
Pitch Pipe by Peter Hollens does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no data is collected from any user, there is no child personal information collection.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and reflected in the app where appropriate.

Voice recordings and permitted use
Pitch Pipe by Peter Hollens is a pitch-reference and rehearsal tool. It is not a licensed vocal-production instrument or sample library.
Downloading the app or purchasing Deluxe does not grant permission to extract, sample, redistribute, or incorporate Peter Hollens' recordings into released songs, backing tracks, videos, sample libraries, or other distributed or commercial productions. These uses require prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder, except where permitted by law.
This restriction concerns reuse of the app's recordings. It does not prohibit using the app as a pitch-reference tool while teaching, rehearsing, preparing a performance, or creating your own independently recorded music, including professionally.
Commercial licensing and collaboration
For inquiries about using Peter Hollens' recorded voice in a production, contact business@hollensinc.com with a description of your project.
Peter maintains a separate internal vocal-production plugin that may support approved creative collaborations. That tool and any associated production rights are not included with Pitch Pipe or Deluxe. Access, permitted uses, and any licensing fees must be agreed separately in writing. An inquiry does not grant permission or guarantee availability.
